Gratuity is included: a 20% service charge is added to the full invoice (base rate plus any fees), so no additional cash tip is required. Your chauffeur is already well-compensated, but if you’d like to add extra gratuity we can include it on your invoice at your request. Any cash tips given after the trip are welcome but are in addition to — and do not reduce — the 20% service charge.

One complimentary stop included: each reservation includes one short stop (5–15 minutes) along the planned route at no extra charge. Additional stops or off‑route/longer stops will be billed at standard hourly rates. 

For grocery stops, please place an online order in advance at Albertsons in Belgrade, MT on Jackrabbit Road. Please provide the order details to your chauffeur; this helps keep stops brief and on schedule.

We provide a complimentary meet-and-greet at airport arrivals — a service many operators charge for. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing and making a strong first impression, so your chauffeur will be there to welcome you and assist with bags at no extra cost.

We’re proud to offer a premium beverage service on every trip — forget about warm cheap plastic water bottles. Enjoy glass‑bottled ultra premium bottled water, specialty Huckleberry Soda from Jackson Hole, a rotating additional beverage selection, and classic sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite), all served on a silver tray with custom beverage napkins. 

Drinks are always served ice cold like they should be!

Our chauffeurs are handpicked and rigorously trained — including learning the best winter driving practices from Bridgestone Winter Driving School, PAX professional chauffeur training, and executive protection courses — with monthly safety briefings and ongoing education. Safety is non‑negotiable: we’re US DOT, MT DOT, and FMCSA certified, maintain a flawless record, and outfit vehicles with new studded winter tires each season. No hidden fees — upfront pricing: We do not add airport fees, fuel surcharges, surprise charges, or mystery fees. While it’s is not standard in our industry or our market, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing! 

Our base rate is all‑inclusive (gratuity not included). A 20% service charge will be added to every invoice; The 20% service charge is calculated on the full invoiced amount (base rate plus any other billed items). If you’d like to add a tip for your chauffeur to the invoice, contact us and we’ll include it; cash gratuities given after the trip are additional and do not reduce the 20% service charge.
