It depends on the trip type and when we receive the notice of cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS:

(1) 24 HOURS — SUV (SINGLE VEHICLE SUV BOOKINGS ONLY) 

For any single-vehicle, single-day, SUV bookings only, cancellations are only eligible for a refund for any pre-paid monies if we receive a phone call @ (406) 624-8089 at least 24 hours prior to your requested pick up time. If a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be the total billed amount minus credit card processing charges incurred processing the original payment.

(2) 30 DAYS — VAN, MULTI-VEHICLE, MULTI-DAY, & HOURLY TRIPS

For all van trips, multiple vehicle bookings for any vehicle type, multi-day reservations for any vehicle type, or hourly reservations for any vehicle type, the cancellation notice must be received with 30 days advanced notice of the booking date to be eligible for a cash refund or credit of any kind for any pre-paid monies for transportation services. Please call us at (406) 624-8089 to make a cancellation. If a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be the total billed amount minus credit card processing charges incurred processing the original payment.

We recommend purchasing travel/wedding event insurance and making sure all other providers for your trip such as lodging are confirmed prior to booking your ride.

Our vehicles are designed to handle a normal/average amount of luggage per passenger. This includes one suitcase and one personal item per passenger. Please note our vehicles are luxury vehicles, so we will not transport additional baggage in the passenger seating area. Trips with excessive amounts of luggage, or more than three ski/snowboard bags require advanced notice. We can provide a cargo trailer if requested in advance for a fee of $150 per trip. If we are not notified in advance of the need to transport excessive additional baggage, significant additional fees may apply including additional wait time charges while arrangements are made (charged at our minimum hourly rates described and outlined in the section MINIMUM HOURLY RATES on page 5 of our Terms and Conditions and also listed in this FAQ. Charges for trailer are $250 per trip when not reserved in advance, and if trailer is not available, additional charges may apply for reserving an additional SUV, and will be charged at the full passenger rate which is $399 + 20% gratuity from Bozeman to Big Sky and varies for other destinations.

Great question, your fare (base rate) is all-inclusive but does not include gratuity. Gratuity is one of the only things not included for most trips. Once your trip has been successfully completed we will process an additional charge for a 20% gratuity on the full invoiced amount which includes the base rate, but also any other charges or fees added to the invoice. As a high luxury mountain limo provider, we pride ourselves on guaranteed exceptional service, so if you receive anything less, please bring it to our attention immediately! 

Our drivers work hard to arrive on time, get you to your destination safely, and offer friendly advice about places to go, things to see and what to do. Gratuities are distributed in full directly to your driver after the ride is compete. 

We do not charge additional fees common in our industry and local market like Airport Fees, Fuel Surcharges, etc. While it is not the norm in our industry, Bing Mountain believes in transparent upfront pricing!  What you are quoted + gratuity is what you pay!

Yes - We can make a stop during your trip. One short stop on our planned route (5 minutes - Max 15 Minutes) is included complimentary in your booking. Additional stops, stops off route, or stops that take more than 15 minutes will incur additional charges using our standard hourly rates described and outlined in these FAQ

The Current Minimum Hourly Base Rates are: 

LUXURY SUVS — $165/HR

LUXURY VANS — $220/HR

• Hourly rates are billed in 30 minute increments, rounding up for partial 30 minute segments
• Gratuity is not included in the base rate, however an automatic 20% gratuity will be processed as an additional charge after your trip is complete
• All Vehicles have a 4 hour minimum
• All hourly trips (regardless of vehicle type) are subject to our 30 Day Cancellation policy outlined in these FAQ and also found in our Terms and Conditions

Yes - Pets are permitted in certain vehicles for an additional charge of $50/pet. Pets must be transported in a pet carrier specifically designed for that purpose. Bing Mountain LLC must be notified at the time of booking of the intention to bring a pet. If we are not notified of a pet until after the pickup is to take place, the pet fee will be doubled to $100/pet. There is no charge for licensed trained service animals for those with a disability, but Bing Mountain LLC must be notified prior that it is a service animal. Note, "emotional support" or "therapy" pets are not exempt from the fee.

Yes - For ride requests where the destination is more than two hours from Bozeman MT, and/or the drop off time is after 10:00pm MST, you may be charged for our drivers overnight accommodations and one driver meal (actual costs will be passed through without a markup, and receipts can be provided upon request). We will discuss this with you before confirming your trip, or in the case of flight delays where the original drop off time was before 10:00pm MST, but the new drop off time is after, as soon as the circumstances change. We value our drivers safety, this policy is in place to ensure quality service, driver safety, and employee retention while still being able to offer long distance rides for passengers with late arriving flights or trip requests.

Yes - Please click our "BOOK ONLINE" tab to be connected to our online booking tool. Rides can be booked and confirmed online using your phone without waiting for a callback or needing to speak with anyone at Bing Mountain! In rare instances, your booking may be canceled within 24 hours of booking if a conflict prevents us from honoring your online booking reservation.
